This cashmere shawl is handwoven by Friendly Export — a small studio in Kathmandu, Nepal, working with local artisans using time-honoured techniques and fine Nepali or Mongolian 100% cashmere.
The yarn is so fine that only two shawls can be woven each day — giving each piece a rare softness and lightness that feels like a cloud against the skin.
The deep brown tone is achieved using walnut hulls — a plant-based dye that brings a natural earthiness and gentle warmth to the fabric.
Feather-light and soft as a passing cloud, this shawl brings warmth, beauty, and quiet presence wherever you go.

Cashmere is breathable and doesn’t trap odors like many other fabrics — which means you can wear it many times between washes.
If needed, hand wash gently in cold or lukewarm water (max 20°C) with a mild detergent.
Avoid soaking for too long. Gently press to rinse — do not twist.
Lay flat to dry in the shade.

We send with PostNord traceable shipment for 59 SEK.
Orders are packed with care in a a beautiful bag made of recycled saris and then in an envelope of handmade Lokta paper. We always try to ship within 1–2 business days.
If you're not fully happy with your order, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. We accept returns on unused products in original condition.
